On Monday, December 11th at 12 PM I’ll be making a presentation at The Current Weymouth, a new senior living community. A light lunch will be served.
Time permitting, my presentation will cover the following topics: the crucial legal documents everyone needs, particularly a health care proxy and durable power of attorney; the difference between a revocable trust and an irrevocable trust and when are they needed; how to pay for care needs without breaking the bank; and whatever else I can squeeze into the time allotted. (As many of you know, I can talk about long-term care planning for hours!)
